Cash flow piloting for an agency

The situation

A services business knows its future revenue, but it lives in signed retainers, payroll and freelancer assignments rather than in one view. Every forecast starts as a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds by hand each month, and is stale the day after.

What we built

• Cash flow that merges recorded entries with generated forecasts, so a signed retainer counts as revenue before anyone raises an invoice
• Retainers auto-generate one billing period per month, prorated against the contract end date, and payroll projects twelve months back and six forward
• A scheduled sync pulls every transaction across all bank profiles and balances, then reconciles them against invoices and payouts
• Quotes, freelancer hours and project hours each get a tokenised public link, readable without an account
