The situation
A century-old industrial group in cut stone and sapphire, whose shared-services arm runs finance and administration for seven subsidiaries. The team knew AI mattered and had barely touched it. One participant rated their own level at zero.
What we built
- A single day on site, in French, for a cohort spanning apprentice controller to group CFO and IT director
- Four live cases worked on the group's own real files, not demo data: a supply contract, supplier invoices, a business plan and a stock dashboard
- Each case pinned to one specific failure mode, so the team learned where the tool breaks as well as where it helps
- An afternoon workshop where every participant built a working sales assistant from a shared starting prompt
