The situation

Two founders had a dance app to get onto both stores and no technical lead. They did not need an agency to write it for them, they needed someone senior enough to make the architecture calls, keep the build shippable, and stop the expensive mistakes before they were made.

What we built

• Technical ownership as a part time CTO, four hours a week, alongside the founders' own developers
• Architecture calls on the pose scoring pipeline, running on device rather than in the cloud
• The release path: store submissions, signing, TestFlight and CI, taken from nothing to shipped on both stores
• Recommendations the team implemented themselves, including the API layer, row level security, presigned media links and error monitoring
