The situation

A founder had built and shipped a product on his own using AI coding tools. He was about to turn on payments and start selling it. Nobody outside the build had ever read the code, and he wanted that to happen before real customers and real money arrived.

What we built

• We read the whole codebase looking for what could hurt him: security holes, things that break under load, and anything that would stop Google finding him
• We never touched his code. He kept working while we read, and got a written report rather than a pull request
• Every problem was written twice. Once in plain English so he understood it, once as an instruction he could paste straight into the AI that built the product
• The list came ranked, so he knew what to fix before launch and what could wait
• When his own AI argued back on the biggest recommendation, we looked at its counter-argument and revised our advice the same day
